Gary Ambrosino, President and CEO
For 25 years Gary has been involved in creating and leading innovative early stage companies and establishing accelerated sales and valuation growth. Before TimeTrade, Gary headed Cognio (acquired by Cisco) where he pioneered the field of intelligent spectrum management for WiFi systems. Prior to that, Gary was VP of marketing and business development at Xionics (IPO) where he developed and launched the digital document and MFP processing software used in most copiers and laser printers. Earlier Gary was co-founder of SecureMedia (acquired by Google), one of the first DRM encryption systems for online content and spent 7 years with Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley. He holds a BSEE from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard.
Bill Bohen, Vice President of Client Services
Bill Bohen is Vice President of Client Services for TimeTrade Systems, Inc. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise software. Before joining TimeTrade, Bill was Vice President of Client Services at EasyAsk, a division of Progress Software Corporation. EasyAsk is leader in the Enterprise BI and eCommerce search markets. In his 7 years at EasyAsk, Bill led the growth of the Services organization, leading numerous noteworthy implementations consisting of both OEM and direct channel Fortune 1000 clients. EasyAsk was acquired by Progress Software in 2005. Prior to EasyAsk, Bill was VP of Professional Services at Oberon, a leading provider of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) software. Bill presided over Oberon’s implementation services through the acquisition of Oberon by OnDisplay in 2000. Prior to joining Oberon, Bill managed the rapid growth of Clarify’s Eastern Region Professional Services where he was responsible for all consulting and training services. Bill began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation where he held engineering and management positions. Bill holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Clark University.
John Davagian, Vice President of Sales
John is a dynamic senior sales and management leader with over 15 years of measurable business building success in the software industry. He joined TimeTrade from Brainshark, a leader in online video solutions for sales, marketing and training. Over his 4 years, John led Brainshark to significant year over year growth and increased renewal retention as Vice President of Sales. Prior to Brainshark, John was Vice President of Sales for Softrax, a leader in revenue recognition and billing solutions that was acquired by AFS Technologies. Earlier in his career, John held several project and executive sales management positions at Bio-Rad, Cerner, and Oracle. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University.
Brian Kelly, Vice President of Development
Brian Kelly is Vice President of Development for TimeTrade Systems, Inc. Brian has spent 15 years building software for technology companies. He began his career with IONA Technologies. While at IONA he led the development of a number of features within their distributed systems technology and later managed the international development of IONA’s Orbix and Artix integration products, a $60 million line of business. After IONA’s acquisition by Progress Software, he additionally managed the development of the Sonic C++/.NET high-performance messaging and integration products. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the Institute of Technology in Tallaght, Ireland.
Rip Haak, Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Rip Haak is Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TimeTrade Systems. For over 25 years Rip has held senior financial leadership positions at private and public technology, education, and energy companies. Prior to joining TimeTrade, he served as EVP and CFO of SmartBear Software, where he focused on improving planning, processes and infrastructure, and before that he was the CFO of XOS Digital. As CFO of EqualLogic, Rip led a dual–track IPO process leading to EqualLogic’s acquisition by Dell. Additionally, Rip was CFO of Enterasys Networks, where he rebuilt the financial team, designed and implemented a system of functional KPI reporting, and helped restore the company to cash profitability prior to its acquisition by private equity investors. Earlier in his career he was CFO of Advantage Schools (merged with Mosaica Education) and served as VP and Controller for both PictureTel and Wheelabrator Technologies (acquired by Waste Management). Rip is the Treasurer and a board member of Family Services of the Merrimack Valley and is a Trustee of Bellesini Academy. He holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Wharton.
John Loring, Co-Founder and Chief Technologist
John Loring is one of the original founders of TimeTrade Systems, Inc., and serves as Chief Technologist. John has 20 years of hands-on experience managing the development of computer hardware and software products ranging from microcontroller firmware to enterprise-wide client server and internet applications. Prior to TimeTrade, John spent 13 years at Datawatch Corporation, having been hired as a programmer early in that company’s development. At Datawatch, he went on to become a Product Manager, Director of Systems Engineering, Vice President of Information Technology and Vice President of Software Development. With a strong background in Internet protocols and network technology, he led that company through the transition to the Internet of its internal systems and products. After receiving his BA in Mass Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Loring’s first career was in the broadcasting industry, where he held a variety of technical and management positions.
