Qualified candidates are sent an email inviting them to choose a day and time for their interview.  The email message contains a link that automatically logs the candidate into the TimeTrade system and exposes open timeslots on the interview schedule for the appropriate hiring manager.  With TimeTrade, HR departments can quickly close the loop with qualified candidates and accelerate the hiring process.

TimeTrade is also an ideal solution for enrolling training classes, seminars and events.  With TimeTrade, employees and/or customers can explore course offerings, review qualifications, register, and submit payment when appropriate -- with instant confirmation and subsequent email reminders. Corporations and government agencies are using TimeTrade to schedule sales training, technical training, certification programs, seminars, exams and distance learning programs.

The TimeTrade solution combines a flexible content management system for course and event information with real-time scheduling and resource management capabilities. Supervising managers can monitor class size, enrollment patterns, student demographics and other information collected and reported in the system.
