TIMETRADE APPOINTMENT SYSTEMS GAIN WIDESPREAD ADOPTION FOR TWIC, HSPD-12 AND OTHER CREDENTIALING PROGRAMS
System has processed millions of credentialing appointments
for State and Federal agencies including Homeland Security,
armed forces, and Transportation Workers Identification Credentials
BURLINGTON, MA – November 2, 2006 TimeTrade Systems today announced that its rules-based appointment scheduling software has been widely adopted for scheduling enrollment and issuance appointments in connection with Federal Government credentialing programs.
Already, more than two million credentialing appointments have been processed through the TimeTrade system across implementations for USCIS, TWIC, USAF and US Navy. Volume is expected to increase significantly with ongoing expansion of the TWIC and HSPD-12 programs. There is also potential that a future Guest Worker Program will drive millions of additional credentialing appointments.
TimeTrade has partnered with EDS, BearingPoint, Northrop Grumman and Pearson Government Solutions in order to provide the ability to schedule enrollment and issuance appointments through multiple channels, including Web, Call Center and IVR. Other partnerships are currently pending.
TimeTrade was given the opportunity to develop, refine and showcase best-practices for appointment scheduling for CAC issuance in a pilot program inspired by Mike Butler of DoD Defense Manpower Data Center and run through NAVY CNIC. The pilot demonstrated the ability to support a variety of scheduling workflows and business rules for the issuance of CAC credentials to Contractors, Commercial Vendors, DoD Civilian Employees, Active Duty Military Personnel, Non-Active Duty Military Personnel, Family Members, Foreign Military and several other classes of users.
