Web Scheduler for Athletic Centers
Students can book their own fitness activities with our Web scheduler
Athletic center managers can use TimeTrade Web scheduler to let students reserve courts and equipment or enroll in fitness activities at any time of day or night. TimeTrade manages the required resources automatically, and offers a full suite of resource utilization and activity reports.
Northeastern University uses TimeTrade Web scheduler at its state-of-the-art Marino Recreation Center. NEU students use Web-enabled terminals on campus to schedule their fitness programs through TimeTrade. The system tracks capacities and automatically closes classes that become full. As a result, the scheduling workload for the front desk is significantly reduced. "TimeTrade has been so well received that we no longer accept reservations by phone," says Glenn Gonsalves, assistant director.
