The Appointment Manager Set Up and Training Process
Once you've spoken to us and have decided to schedule using TimeTrade, we'll set up your appointment manager system and provide online training for you and your staff. We'll show you how to manage your scheduler, generate important reports, and help your clients and front desk employees get the most out of the system. We understand that scheduling is important to you and that moving to online scheduling is a big step for your small business. As part of your monthly fee, you'll receive unlimited technical support from our seasoned support professionals (in addition to setup and training) to help make online scheduling work for your business.
Additional Set Up Services
TimeTrade can integrate with your existing customer database and management software for registration, check-in, billing, and accounting. As part of our standard service package, we'll show you how to import all of your legacy information (customer database, existing applications, etc.) into your TimeTrade system. As an additional service, our technical support team will handle the integration for you.
Web Development Services
As part of our Web development services, we can enhance your online scheduler by integrating descriptions of your offerings, photos of your staff and facilities, and other information right into the calendar interface. This gives your customers the information they need when they book an appointment. Our Web designers can also help you improve your Web presence. If you don't have a Web site, we can build one for you at a reasonable cost.
