President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Ambrosino

Gary drives all aspects of TimeTrade’s business, directing the company’s growth, continued innovation and market leadership. He has been creating and leading innovative early stage companies and establishing accelerated sales and valuation growth for more than 25 years. Gary joined TimeTrade in 2010 as president and COO, becoming CEO in 2014. Before TimeTrade, he headed Cognio (acquired by Cisco) where he pioneered the field of intelligent spectrum management for Wi-Fi systems. Earlier, Gary cofounded SecureMedia (acquired by Google), one of the first DRM encryption systems for online content, and spent 7 years with Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard University.

Vice President, Client Services

Bill Bohen

Bill has led TimeTrade’s customer success organization since 2009, responsible for the company’s customer service, support, professional services and network operations organizations. With more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise software, Bill previously was vice president of client services at EasyAsk, a division of Progress Software Corporation. Earlier, he was vice president of professional services at Oberon, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Clark University.

Sr. Vice President, Business Development

Cimarron Buser

Cimarron uses his deep technology industry experience to develop partnerships for TimeTrade with global technology leaders. He joined the company in 2016 with more than 20 years of business development leadership experience for SaaS and technology companies. His prior positions include senior vice president of global business development for Apperian and senior vice president of marketing and business development for Texterity. Cimarron earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Chief Revenue Officer

Tim Corkery

Tim leads TimeTrade’s sales organization, setting the pace for the team that brings the business benefits of TimeTrade’s Customer Engagement Cloud to all types of organizations. He has spent the past 25 years building and scaling the sales and services organizations of early and mid-stage software companies. He’s built successful worldwide direct sales teams as well as channel ecosystems consisting of systems integrators, VARs, resellers and ISVs. Before joining TimeTrade in 2016, Tim led HubCast to a successful conclusion, with the sale of the company’s assets to Mimeo. Prior to HubCast Tim was EVP of sales and technical services for Ipswitch Software. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from Merrimack College.

Chief Technology Officer

Miki Goyal

Miki leads TimeTrade’s software engineering organization. He joined the company in 2016, bringing his passion for building highly scalable agile teams and developing technology focusing on fast time to value. Miki has more than 15 years of software development and technology management experience. Before TimeTrade, he held senior engineering management positions at edX, Kyruus and Unica. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Columbia University.

Chief Financial Officer

Rip Haak

Rip has led TimeTrade’s finance organization since 2014, bringing more than 25 years of senior financial leadership positions at private and public technology, education, and energy companies. Prior to joining TimeTrade, he served as EVP and CFO of SmartBear Software. Earlier in his career, Rip held the CFO position at several technology companies, including XOS Digital, EqualLogic (acquired by Dell) and Enterasys Networks. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Cofounder

John Loring

John is a cofounder of TimeTrade. He has 20 years of hands-on experience managing the development of computer hardware and software products. Prior to his role in establishing TimeTrade, John was vice president of software development for Datawatch Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Chief Marketing Officer

Lauren Mead

Lauren is responsible for TimeTrade’s marketing strategy and execution, including branding, messaging, demand generation, digital and product marketing, and public relations. She joined the company in 2016 with more than 10 years of B2B technology marketing experience. Prior to TimeTrade, Lauren was senior director of marketing for ClickSoftware. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Merrimack College and an MBA in marketing from Bentley University.
