Bill Clark

Bill drives all aspects of TimeTrade’s business, directing the company’s growth, continued innovation and market leadership. In a career that spans more than 30 years, Bill has amassed experience building and scaling technology companies based on a unique combination of early-career blue-chip company training and entrepreneurial, hands-on management experience developing innovative, market-leading software companies. Sales and marketing management roles at IBM and JP Morgan early in his career quickly grew to include all facets of company, market, and product strategy, business development, M&A, operations, fund-raising, and overall company leadership at global public technology companies, along with early-stage ventures in Silicon Valley and on the East Coast. Bill is recognized as a consistent and highly effective leader with a unique ability to discern breakout market opportunities, combined with the operational leadership to deliver on them.

Dave Blahnik

Dave is a senior executive with over 25 years of finance and management experiences at Private Equity-backed technology and software companies, leading organizations in Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Development initiatives. Dave was recently SVP/CFO at PlumChoice (acquired by Allstate), and Head of Finance and Sales Operations at Mformation (acquired by Nokia). Dave has a degree in Accounting from Missouri State University, and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis.

Bill Bohen

Bill has led TimeTrade’s customer success organization since 2007, responsible for the company’s customer success, support, and professional services. With more than 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise software, Bill previously was vice president of client services at EasyAsk, a division of Progress Software Corporation. Earlier, he was vice president of professional services at Oberon, Inc. Prior to Oberon, Bill provided leadership to the Clarify, Inc. professional services organization, and held several roles at Digital Equipment Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Clark University.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Cindy Crowley

Cindy is a results-driven financial executive with more than 20 years of experience and success in driving profit improvement, leading business growth and establishing and scaling operations in emerging growth companies. A member of the TimeTrade team since 2010, Cindy has held senior finance positions with Cloudtree, Venture Enterprise Advisors, Alcatel, Astral Point and Wellfleet Communications. She is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Michael Forsyth

Michael leads TimeTrade’s software engineering organization. Michael joined TimeTrade in 2019 and has more than 30 years of engineering experience in SaaS and technology companies. Before TimeTrade, he held senior leadership positions at Imprivata and TruePosition Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a specialty in Mathematics from Fitchburg State University.

John Loring

John is a cofounder of TimeTrade. He has 20 years of hands-on experience managing the development of computer hardware and software products. Prior to his role in establishing TimeTrade, John was vice president of software development for Datawatch Corporation. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Al Rosenbaum

Al leads the sales and customer success teams for the organization. He has successfully grown both early and late-stage software and services organizations while ensuring the delivery of customer success. Before joining TimeTrade, Al has held several executive-level sales and customer success roles at SilverCloud, AccuRev, Fidelity Investments and Hewlett-Packard. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Behavior at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Bentley University.
