Marketwire – May 17, 2010 – TimeTrade Systems, Inc., the leader in enterprise customer appointment scheduling solutions, today announced a co-marketing agreement with Q-Matic Corporation, the world’s leading provider of Customer Flow Management (CFM) and Queuing Solutions. The union combines TimeTrade’s appointment scheduling services with Q-Matic’s Customer Flow Management™ processes, resulting in a more effective customer flow solution.
In a recently released consumer survey conducted by Beagle Research Group, TimeTrade discovered that consumers typically tolerate a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes when waiting for services — depending on the service offered. However, more than 80 percent of those surveyed said they would willingly create and use an online account, making subsequent appointment scheduling easier. Michael Manlapas, Vice President of Business Development at Q-Matic, explains, “TimeTrade’s web-based scheduling system allows our clients to regulate the arrival of their customers, further enhancing our ability to optimize customer flow on site. Having the ability to set up appointments, especially at non-peak times, helps companies improve staff utilization, increase throughput and reduce overall wait times.”
“TimeTrade solves the most demanding appointment scheduling problems for many types of organizations, including colleges and universities, government agencies, national retailers, and healthcare facilities,” said Chris Murphy, Vice President of Sales, TimeTrade Systems. “With Q-Matic providing CFM solutions to the same types of companies, we are pleased to be working with them to provide an easy scheduling application that will help improve the flow of customers arriving at face-to-face service operations.”
