TimeTrade Builds on its Leadership in the Government Sector, Securing Three Federal Contracts

 – TimeTrade Systems, Inc. announced that it has secured three important federal government contracts with the Department of Homeland Security, Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly the INS), and the U.S. Navy. All three have selected TimeTrade’s TimeCommerce software to automate critical appointment scheduling and resource management processes.

The Department of Homeland Security will deploy TimeTrade at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland. FLETC serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for more than 75 Federal agencies. TimeTrade will be used to schedule all training events, such as drive testing and firearms certification. These events involve complex business and resource allocation rules dealing with instructors, facilities, and specialized equipment.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS), is using TimeTrade to schedule appointments with resident aliens for interviews and form processing. This initiative will improve security and service delivery by relieving long lines and crowded lobbies at local CIS offices nationwide. The application follows a successful implementation of TimeTrade by CIS at it’s Application Service Centers.

The U.S. Navy will implement TimeTrade at the Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) in Norfolk, VA to improve schedule delivery of provisions. The application will improve communication among vendors, and minimize wait time and delivery delays. This application follows a successful implementation of TimeTrade by FISC in Norfolk for scheduling household goods relocation interviews and briefings.
