TimeTrade is Heading to Nashville for #MCS2016

In less than two weeks, the TimeTrade team will be on the road again! This time we’re heading South for the Mobile Carriers Show, taking place April 13-15, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee. We’re looking forward to what’s sure to be an exciting event! The agenda is packed full of educational sessions and presentations, and attendees will also have the chance to hear from and network with senior decision makers from carrier organizations across the country.

TimeTrade will be at booth 241 where our team will be on hand to explain how carriers can boost customer loyalty with deliver a personalized service to satisfy customer expectations, which have increased dramatically in recent years. In today’s “on-demand economy” consumers expect that their carriers understand their individual preferences and deliver high-level service that proves they are paying attention to each and every end-user. TimeTrade specializes in helping our clients deliver that personalized “on-demand” assistance that customers crave. We know that today’s carriers need to “up their game” to stay competitive, and we’re here to help!

We’re also excited to share a great customer success story at our booth next week. If you follow our blog, you’ll know that we highlighted our work with C Spire last week, and we look forward to discussing it in more depth with booth visitors at the event. We’re proud of the work we’ve done with C Spire and the results we’ve helped them achieve in customer service.

Stop by the booth to learn more!
