Enjoy Your Vacation Without Missing Opportunities

Whether you’re skiing down the side of a mountain or kicking up your feet on a beach, everyone deserves their vacation time. Especially since research has shown that vacations can have a positive effect by forcing us to be more organized and on top of things when we are at work.

But just because you’re on vacation, doesn’t mean you want to miss an opportunity to connect with a customer or prospect once you’re back. Adding a TimeTrade Click-To-Schedule link to your email signature can help you schedule meetings—even when you’re away from the office.

Turn your out of office auto reply into a scheduling opportunity for prospects and customers. When creating your auto reply message, consider adding your Click-To-Schedule link in the body of the email to allow your contacts to schedule a confirmed meeting when you return.

Another great way to drive appointments while you’re on vacation is to update your voicemail message. When you update your voicemail message to let callers know you will be out on vacation, mention the ability to have them schedule an appointment with you after you’ve returned. When creating your out of office voicemail, just note at the end:

“If you’d like to schedule a meeting with me when I return, just send me an email at XXXX@Company.com and my auto reply message will contain a link to my live calendar.”
