Today, TimeTrade announced the newest capability for our industry-leading Scheduler product. The version of Scheduler for Salesforce users now leverages the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of Salesforce Einstein, which will bring even more value to our customers.

Here are some highlights of the announcement.
Leveraging Einstein for Intelligent Appointments
Using Einstein and lead scoring in Salesforce, you can offer appointments to Salesforce leads and contacts at key triggered events, status changes, or when thresholds are met, for example:
- Lead Scoring—Once a lead has taken a number of actions that increase the lead’s engagement score above a threshold defined by the end user, an event can be triggered automatically to send an email offering a meeting.
- Status Changes—When fields in Salesforce are updated or changed, an automated process can be triggered to send an email to a customer or prospect to engage with you by booking a meeting.
- Milestone Events—Opportunities to schedule meetings can be sent automatically based on key date intervals, such as when a customer approaches a renewal date, or if a specified amount of time passes after a customer engages or is onboarded. Financial advisors, for example, will be able to use this feature to help them comply with Department of Labor laws requiring all them to meet with their clients annually and retain proof of the meetings or the attempts to book meetings.
Next month, in advance of Dreamforce, Salesforce’s annual conference, TimeTrade will announce that Scheduler now supports multiple Salesforce Clouds. Since its debut earlier this year, Scheduler has integrated with Sales Cloud. Now it also integrates with the Service, Marketing, Financial Services and Community Clouds. This expanded support for key Salesforce Clouds brings the advantages of Scheduler to more teams in organizations that rely on Salesforce to connect with customers and prospects.
Users of the Sales, Service and Financial Service Clouds can use Scheduler to easily offer appointments to leads and contacts.
Marketing teams that rely on Marketing Cloud can share TimeTrade Scheduler links in outbound marketing blasts. This makes it easy to send mass emails offering recipients the opportunity to book a meeting with the right person at your organization, which can help turn prospects into customers more quickly.
